I had the same problems. Problem was the connecter tubes from the common rail to the injectors, replaced all the tubes and torqed to specs, no more problems. I went for 6months with a lack of power, changed cp3, relief valve etc, etc. finally found a good mechanic and he knew what to look for.

Problem solved. Dodge said all 6 injectors were bad, i took it to another shop and they said the CP3 pump was shot so i had it replaced and still had the same problem, i replaced the over pressure valve on the common rail, map sensor, ait sensor. Took it to another shop and they found that 2 of...

Thanks... . The truck has a FASS fuel system always 15-16psi pressure. I ordered a new MAP sensor and IAT sensor and i will try them if that dont work i will try to get someone with a scanner.

2003 2500. 59L HO Truck just lost power, can barely get up a small hill. Tried the TROUBLE CODE and came up with P0251 Injection Pump Fuel Valve Feedback. Anyone know what this is?

Paint on the truck is original Pacific blue, the body shop matched the paint via the VIN number and did a good job.

I'm new here, 2003 2500 CTD. I also had the 150 gph FASS system and it whined for 8 months before i could'nt stand it no more. I ordered the 95 gph replacement pump and it is 100% quieter.
