    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) which fuel plate?

I have the PDR adjustable plate. I like it because I can turn it up for pulls or races and detune for driving. If you have the 215 pump you can get something like 150hp worth of adjustment out of it.

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Rebuilt P-pump won't push fuel

I let it run for several minutes and I never heard the fass motor change tone(changing tone meaning when it goes under full pressure and begins to return fuel to the tank) like it usually does. I am wondering if the P-pump may be airlocked or if I need to add more oil to the bottom of it but I...

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Rebuilt P-pump won't push fuel

Just got my pump back from Piers. I had it rebuilt and modded. Got it back on the truck and turned the key and now I cannot get fuel to the injector lines. I checked the supply line off of my FASS and it is flowing fine. I pulled the return line off the pump and got nothing coming out. I checked...

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) can't get my timing pin out???

My pump went bad and I am trying to take it off. I am having trouble getting the engine to TDC because I cannot get the retaining washer off of the timing pin, or even feel it for that matter, to take the timing pin out. I tried feeling around in there with a small screwdriver. Am i supposed to...

Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) help, lots of mods, still lazy

JacobsD, I heard I could get a lil more by messing with the AFC but unfortunately for me I gotta wait till I get outta AK to get it on a dyno. Forrest, I am hittin 30psi now but I have never messed with one to adjust it. I can't get into 5th very far before I hit 1200 pyro. I still got a lot...

Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) help, lots of mods, still lazy

I have a 3K from Piers, I just don't know where to put it in at or how. One of those things I wanna be sure of before I attempt it. I was also wondering about the valve springs being stock w/ a 3k?? Not to mention I am running a 53 block, but it was litterally the only 12V in the entire state of...

Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) help, lots of mods, still lazy

This is my first Cummins n I'm learning as I go, so I am a little dumb on them yet. Forrest, when you say over overflow valve I assume you mean the banjo bolt on the return from the injection pump. If so I checked it and it works fine. My mods are HX-40, DDP3's, Piers adjustable plate set at...

Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) help, lots of mods, still lazy

OK so I dropped a 98 12V w/ 180Hp pump in my Ford n put a NV4500 behind it. Did a turbo, exhaust, fuel plate, FASS, injectors, 7. 3L IC, and when I shift it will not pick up any speed without boost. It isn't very impressive on power either. I have virtually no smoke. I didn't go crazy on any...
