Has anyone had this problem? On my 96 cummins sometimes the ac blower motor can be ran and also electric windows will go up/down without key on. Sometimes ill shut truck off everything shuts down like normal but ill go to truck later and ac blower is running. Any suggestions?

I took vss (2of them actually because i have a spare) put in the end of my drill with key on to see if speedometer changes but nothing. The thing thaat has me baffled is that it worked just fine, i put in new trans and tcase drove 5 mi the speedo started bouncing then died, im going crazy trying...

Ok i replaced trans 47rh and tcase and after about 5 mi i lost speedo and overdrive. I replaced speedo gear/sensor and still nothing. Any advice?
