The fitting is 1/4". I sure wish they would of said something in the instructions about threading the hole. Most of read 20 different instructions because i wanted to be completely some i didn't screw it up. I did tap the threads all the way down. I going to try maybe washers as spacers or cut...

I used anti-seize but that doesn't help snug the fitting up. If i left it flush it's sloppy and i'd have blow-by. I had to screw it down to tighten it up. I quess i could have the fitting cut and rethreaded so it wouldn't protude into the manifold. Wouldn't look forward to redoing this project...

installed EGT probe today Drilled and tapped the manifold and screwed in the fitting and had to turn it down quite a ways to get it to tighten up. The bottom of the fitting isn't flush with the manifold and sits about 1/4 below. Is this a big deal? Is there a heat treated type of plumber tape...

Tonight i looked at the pipe fitting sleeves and replaced them. I think i over tightened them. I wasn't sure how much torque to put on them. So Jason if i set it on the first power setting its the same as the EZ and the other three settings are used with the pump wire hooked up?

Yea it's the edge EZ plus. I'd just like to know what the settings are if i don't hookup the pump wire. It has 4 power level and 4 boost level settings. Any help?

I'm looking for instuctions on installing gauges. How hard is it? I tryed to do a search on it and couldn't find much. I'm more interested in how to take the dash apart, wiring and routing of the wires. I plan on using a two gauge pillar mount. Thanks, Jeff

I'm looking for a mild upgrade for towing. What is a good combination. I looking at the EZ and 275's. I'm not interested in smoking the tires, just a good upgrade for towing and i would like to keep my stock clutch for a few more miles. Thanks Jeff
