Do change your transfer case oil. Pay particular attention that the oil in it is not over full or has gear oil in it (manual trans). My manual transmission failed in part because the oil in the trans was making its way into the transfer case.

No way I would reinstall a used bearing. They are the cheapest part of a rebuild, and a failed bearing is going to cause mucho $$$$ damage. Not hard to find them from a bearing supplier. I was going to order parts for my NV4500 from Torque King. Are they really Torque Queer instead? Or...

Only way I could see that was if the lift pump was massively over pressuring the injector pump. From factory, if the engine is running, the lift pump is running also. Just not tied to the keyed power.
