No FL70CAT... It is not a TDI... . I have an early 1997 and it is not a TDI... They were available but unfortunatly I bought it cause it was a little cheaper, But I do not like the power or the fuel Mileage. . I wish it was a TDI... There must be things you can do to mine to give her a little...

Thanks for the help JIMD... I already replaced the lift pump and it didn't fix it. . !!!! :confused: DEZLPWR... I was in my third clutch at 153000 Km (95000MI) and my transmission sycronizers were going and fifth gear had gone... So that is when I put the 10Spd RoadRanger in it with a 14"...

Hey Bill... Thanks for the reply. . I have been wondering about sensors... . I can make it smoke and carry on just by holding throttle down when not moving and when it gets up to 2600 or so it just starts acting up... I don't think it is a fuel supply problem. . Something is changing or not...
