    Chillydog, you don't need to buy a new exhaust manifold but you definitely will want a new intake manifold. The cheesy EGR intake manifold, if you look inside it, is about the size of a quarter, unbelievable. There are some wiring/sensor issues but they aren't a big deal, do a search on this...
