While cnecking for a air leak I pulled the supply hose off the 150 Fass pump

At the oem gutted lift pump, old pump housing is used for a spscer.

I found wnat looked slivers of fuel hose stackedup in the lift pump hosing

pulled the OEM filter the housing was clean slivers way to big to go through

the stock suction in the bottom or the tank.

all I can see is the fass supplyed blue hose WVO is manking it fall apart.

what kind of hose I can buy that will handle the WVO blind.

This pump & hoses only hase 5000 miles on it.

Hi Larry, when I did some tank mods I used a clear flexible poly hose for the fuel pickup assembly. I bought it at a local hose/tubing supply shop and was diesel rated. I've run lots of WVO, gasoline, DSE blend ingredients, etc through the tank with no problems. Basically looks like the hose in this pic #ad

Hoses made of Viton are supposed to handle biodiesel and straight veggie oil. I think I remember seeing it sold by the foot in the Geno's Garage catalog. Depending where you are, you might be able to source some locally, too.

Any 30R7 rated hose will do just fine with either #2 diesel or with VO. Once you start running a lot of higher percentage biodiesel, you'll probably want Viton or something with a 30R9 rating.
