My truck is an 03 Dodge QC 4x4 SO 5 speed 3. 73 with 315/70/17s, DPP 4" exhaust and AFE intake, as for weight, all I had in the back of the bed was a weather guard steel tool box and a bed mat.
Stock it ran 18. 0 at 74 with a 2. 35 60'
With EZ Edge it ran a 15. 9 at 84 with a 2. 06 60'
With Bully Dog 110 hp box it ran a 14. 9 at 88. 8 with a 1. 93 60'
Stock clutch is holding fine, even with the 4x4 launches. I like the Bully Dog box, I just wish the power came in faster after the shift, you can feel the box kick in. With the EZ Edge, the power was there right away, you never felt it, "kick in".
On the way back from the strip, feeling good, I ran into a little street racing action. I was cruising through town on my way home, minding my own business when I see him. He was a supercharged Ford Harley Davidson supercrew, with neon lights under the truck with all sorts of graphics stuck on the side of the truck, he was cruising very proud. I couldn't help myself, I switch my box on high and I show him what I got. Well, he showed me what he had and we where cruising side by side through town. We come up to a red light and before we can come to a complete stop, it turns green. We both hit it at about 15 mph and I was pulling away from him ever so slightly, we run to about 70 mph. OK, here comes the next red light. I pull mine into 4x4 before we come to a complete stop, and once stopped put the trottle on the floor and stick it in 2nd gear... . The light turns green, I launch and grab 3rd gear and look in my mirrow, I can still see this in my mind clear as day. He is in the turning lane, sideways, smoke coming off his rear tires and still spinning. I don't know how long he stayed sideways, or how long he stayed in the trottle thinking he would get traction. I let off after I hit about 60 mph, and after a while he comes flying by me and that was pretty much it. I tried it again at the next red light but he wouldn't give me any, maybe it was the police man sitting there.
