Preferred fluid/lube for G56 ?

high rail pressure on shutoff. Cause for concern?

O.K. here's today's '05 2500 soap opera continued:
So when I had the craptastic engine mount in I might have tightened the bolt a bit too much. As in, I tightened it so much that the frame bracket closed in, about 3/4 of an inch.
So when I try to install the correctly sized mount it won't drop in.
At this point t I'm so frustrated I could drop a frag in the cab and walk away as this thing burns to the ground.
I take a few minutes, get myself together and then I get back at it. It's not like I can stick a port-a-power in between the frame bracket and spread it back out ('cause I don't own one, wish I did). So I proceeded to grab a long pipe and try to beat it back into place. I am only half successful. I eventually get the engine back into place with a combination of hammer wailing, adept engine hoist prowess, and a little bit of prybar action.
It's in. I'll drop some pictures here in a second to show the difference in width. Enjoy.

Once I get this train wreck back on the tracks does anybody have good advice on type of break-in oil?
All new (pre 2019) Cummins engines come with 5w-40 full synthetic as the factory fill. There are hundreds of thousands on the road with no break in oil or special procedures, and no change required before 15k. Add oil, fire it up and drive it. Way over thinking the rebuild.

May be dated thinking, but was just concerned with seating the new rings, they're not stock. But I do appreciate your info. Thanks

Wow that's bad. Needs replacement asap too. Bot sides please.
Having a heck of a time replacing those mounts. Posted a "Help Me" thread on the 6.7 forum. My lack of progress and my dire need to have a truck back on the road is stressing me out. Can't seem to get the mounts in/out. They're different than 5.9 mounts. Hoping somebody provides me with a life/engine mount replacement hack. This forum has bailed me out of a bad bind more than once.

Getting close to firing the engine up for the first time in a year. I still have to fill it with fluids and figure out what this last plug goes to. Can anyone tell me what the following plug attaches to?

The wires look like they're black or dark blue for one, and the other is either white, tan, or yellow with a red stripe. I can't figure out what it plugs up to. The truck is an '05.

Ozy is correct on the plug. Looking at he service manual for the 04 the Blue wire is for the wastegate solenoid control and the gray/pink wire is for fused ignition switch output.
The wire colors could be different for the 05, I'll dig out the 05 manuals tomorrow.
