06 3500 Caliper removal?

Quick question... How does the caliper come off to remove and change the brake pads. . ? Do you pull those clips? On my 94 you just lift the caliper up and thats it... THanks for the help

I know it "should be easy" but it is not? I pried on it a little but it did not budge? Where do you pry?

Ok. . maybe it different on a 2 wheel drive? I look like the bottom of the caliper may want to come out first? Kinda wierd setup

Just did mine, don't remove the clips. Yes the bottom anti rattle clip seems to be more open than the top. At least when re-installing the caliper, I put the top in the clip and the bottom snapped in. Also for me the inner edge of the inner pads had to be tilted inward toward center of hub to get them into the ends of the clips. bg
