06 turn signal problems

Have an odd problem with an 06 3500. The front left signal will not flash. Left rear flashes twice as fast. Front and Rear right side are fine. The left acts like the bulb is burned out. Flashes twice as fast in the rear and the cluster indicator. No light from the front though. Changed bulbs but no help. Checked fuses too. Thoughts?

Does the light flash with the hazard lights..... if so the circuit is good and the bulb is good... I than assume based on the wiring harness that its the PCM (computer that controls lighting). PCM might not be the correct term on the Dodge... but the computer that controls that circuit.....

Jim, I forgot to add that part. The hazards do not flash that particular bulb. However when they are turned on the blinking of the back left light is returned to a normal rate and not the quick flash as though a bulb is burned out. Also if connected to a trailer with the factory harness the rapid flash rate continues on the left side only with the front left still not working.

havent checked yet, but if LF socket is grounded to frame like on other trucks, that could be the problem
