07 5.9 no start

Hello my 07 5.9 was running rough drained filter under hood drove about another 15 miles and died cranks but no start. I checked filter and changed noticed some water in bottom of filter can so i remove tank flushed tank out blew fuel lines out installed new lift pump in tank new filter fresh fuel still no start. pulling injectors now to have them testedThanks in advance for any help

Running rough.....any check engine light? I doubt seriously that it will be the injectors. You should disconnect the fan clutch first to see if it will then fire up.........also, have even checked the lift pump pressure or are you throwing parts at it?

I changed lifp pump had bad fuel in tank(water). no check engine light what is best way to check lift pump ressure

If any amount of water got through to the CP3 or injectors and sat there, they're going to be problematic.

Give it a whiff of starting fluid and see if that gets it running. If it does injectors are the ikely problem with the CP-3 being in the mix.

i did try some starting fluid acted like it wanted to start but still no start

The next step will be testing rail pressure on cranking to see if it is adequate.
