Oh, by no means do I criticize small business, let's not even go there. My company is 3 people... . all that turn wrenches and can walk the walk, not just talk the talk.

Let's not make this some political BS crap.

YOU called ME out and you bit off more than you could chew.

YOU made yourself look bad.

YOU are the type of guy that folks spending their hard earned cash need to be made aware of.

YOU are the type of guy that made ME go into business. You're a fly by night, hack job that sits in front of the computer and thinks he's gonna get rich by slingin' parts on the internet.

You're the 100% opposite of what my company is and what it stands for.

You keep thinking everyone is out to get you. The truth of the matter is you're getting yourself.

Practice what you preach. Bring your junk to the track. Put it on the dyno. Let's see your work first hand. I don't think it'll happen.

My truck and my customers gets shown off all the time.

I don't just talk the talk boss, my stuff is out there with my customers getting the crap beat out of every weekend.

So I call Rich At Dog House By phone and He Hangs Up On Me. . Well I see you Are Dog House this was all just simple misunderstanding. I don't like to hang the dirty laundry on the net. Although You hug up on Me I will offer the apology on the forum.

Nice job on the Welding,is Dog House part of sterling Fabrication?

You're right, I did hang up on you.

I didn't ask for, nor do I want, your apology.

Like I said earlier, stop and think for 10 seconds before you say or type something; it causes you less trouble.

You would have never had to try and save face if you hadn't called me out in the first place.

If I hadn't seen your post referencing me in some negative light, the attention would have never been brought upon you.

Remember, YOU called ME out. YOU decided to talk smack about someone you don't know and didn't think would see that post.

YOU got caught and exposed for what you are.

Don't even try to act like I'm the bad guy here. You're the one who tried to drag someone through the mud. There wasn't anything simple about it; you simply thought to yourself, "This guy won't see this... . "

That's the same attitude I'm sure you have when dealing with "customers"... ... . they won't see this... ... .

Right... ... ... ... . because people are stupid, huh?

No... I had NO Idea who You were Until Post 19. . it works both ways are Phone #s and the company Name has been in our sig for Years. If You would have called and identified Yourself I would have retracted.

Look at it form My angle. . Now that I know that You are Dog House. Were parts guys calling You asking for the correct size? what cross references was correct. I got tired of the calls asking for correct #s. I would have been eager to hand this off to You... You want a 1 Piece Shaft call 706-888-2877 ask for Rich.

Edit:Correct Phone #

You're right! You didn't know who I am! You didn't think that I'd see your childish little comments!

My only issue in this entire thing is simple... . YOU using MY name in a negative manner. There was no reason for it other than it's the way you do business. I deal with guys like you all the time.

You can either continue to make this an issue or man up and shut your mouth. You got caught trying to call someone a punk and now you're trying to back pedal. Doesn't work that way, hoss.

If answering the phone is a hassle for you, you might not want to be in a business that requires dealing with people..... it's part of the business.

Like I said, you're one of those guys that thinks he can throw up a website and become the next Yahoo or Google. Doesn't work like that, bud. You actually have to work, have some skills, have some personality, have some willingness to actually take care of folks. YOU DON'T HAVE IT!

I'm sure as hell not gonna sit here and give you business advice..... other than make sure you post the correct phone number up there. Nice try..... post the wrong number up there for me so someone would get the wrong number. That's classy; shows your business ethics and etiquette.

I don't HAVE to guess at the cross reference, I have factory access to StarParts, DealerConnect, Cummins and Fleetguard. All I need to do is enter the VIN and I pull the right part.

If you are so tired of answering the phone and answering questions, well, sorry, I can't help ya there. That's your issue, not mine.

The big deal is this... ... it's called attention to detail and getting specific answers to specific questions.

I handle all the diesel and day to day business, my partner Tom handles gas performance and fabrication and Brian handles chassis and suspension.

We each have areas that we specialize in, that's what gives us a solid base.

What's the big deal... ... it's like having the right part numbers for the right application.

Thanks though; I might need to send you a commission check. You're one of the best advertising conduits I have.

Thanks for the clarification to Details. . you may want to contact Google to make the distinction or separation to eliminate confusion in the future. None the less Sterling had some nice work on the build on the site.

Glad to help out on the advertising.
