Today's Posting from the Bangor PD...

Don't see this in the news very often......

Can't even remember back to when I joined......way back and I don't think I owned a pc yet.Ton of fun in the early days even started up a so cal chapter.

Profile says 8/23/99 (original forum start lost in software change), but I started the magazine in early-to-mid '98 IIRC, a few months after I bought my truck.

This is true. I think the site was going before most of us even had PC's. Now here I am posting on my phone. My how times have changed!

I joined after a trip to Richmond Atlantic Cummins , that's where I found out about the site , while getting my valves adjusted . haven't posted in a while

I've been a member for 13 years, and continue to learn and enjoy on a daily basis. Haven't met a lot of the guys and gals but feel a kinship with some from reading and[most of the time] enjoying the posts.

Hmm... Do I qualify? Joined up back when then TDR was just starting I got the notice to join when I picked up my 89 W250 later converted into a W350. I did almost every up date that the TDR wrote about on that truck. Ahead of the curve both TDR and I was back then. I stepped away for a few years after I sold the 89 only to be sucked back in when I bought a 2002. Now I've got my 2013. It's been a fun ride. Keep it going I don't want to get off. They can burry me in my truck with a copy of TDR in my hand, That's how I want to go out....

I'm still going strong since October 1999! I've had three Dodge CTDs while here! A 1996,1998(12 valve Quad cab) and my 2007 Mega Pain! Love the goodies on the newest but don't trust it too far from home! LOL

Somewhere back in 2004-2005 I built my first Crewcab cummin's Conversion. after 18 some odd year's of suffering with a gas engine I got wise and dropped a cummin's into the truck . Enjoy the Great Info and the Great People . have met a few Member's over the year's and just goes to show the Good 1's hang around TDR1 some of the Other site's CF the Mod's Turn into Jerk's and take the Power to there head . Never had that Problem here . Great Folk's here and Geno's Garage .

Well Oct 2005 was the beginning this long road so I'm close to 10 years.

I always wanted a diesel but couldn't justify the cost until I found this site.

TDR should be listed as an illegal drug! Once I started reading I could not stop!

I had to have one of the last 5.9's before they were gone forever

Before I knew it I was ordering a new 2006 and my dealer got it to me in 30 days

Fast forward to today and I start reading TDR every day and asking questions about the 2015's.

No no must stop! My truck is fine! So I looked at a Ford with a gas engine.

One thought going through my mind was this drug problem "TDR" and how would I find a Ford site half as great.

So I ordered a 2500 4x4 Laramie and it should be here by Feb 9th.

Information found here is invaluable and there has always good response for all questions asked.

Kind of like finding a Dodge dealership where all their mechanics/technicians drive 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation diesel trucks and

have worked there for 30 years.

I started getting the TDR mag back in around 1995 or 96 when I bought my '95. But I was in college and soon to be married, so at some point, I didn't renew for a few years but then I think it was 2003 when I started back up and have continuous ever since.
