A BMW is driving down the road he passes a Dodge truck with a big C on the fender the Dodge truck catches up to him beeping his horn.

Irratated the BMW driver presses his go pedal further down now he is going 70mph the truck stays with him honking his horn. The BMW driver once again presses down on the go pedal now he is going 90 mph the truck stays with him still honking his horn. Then BMW driver is really ticked now he presses the go pedal to the floor he his now doing 120 mph the truck pulls next to him the Driver of the Dodge/Cummins truck rolls down the window and yells "Hey buddy how do you get this thing out of first gear".
