1300 is high for a PS :-laf
Its not how hot you get as much as how long the temp can stay in long enough to soak into the motor parts and do its carnage.
GLHS, after reading those posts for the length of time that they went on for I never ended up reading on how everyone fudged their #'s and whatever else went on so I said "the he!! with it!".
But I do know the ATS transmission in the D-max in the 1/4 went south.
