Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 100k mile routine maintenance

I was wondering if anyone has an official list of what parts need changed/upgraded at 100k? I'm approaching 90k now, and it won't take long to reach the milestone. What I'm hoping to do is replace the parts with higher performance parts instead of stock as in injectors. I'm hoping to have a bargaining tool with the wife as I know 370's are on sale right now.
