Hows it going. I had a 95 3500, that was moderately bombed, I had a turned up fuel pump with a custom ground plate, 370 injectors, custom ground delivery valves and westach gauges, 4inch and the list goes on, had plenty of power and almost enough smoke.
Anyways, I have a friend that is going to purchase a 12valve and wants to have his truck set up in a similar fashion. I did almost everything to my truck, except the initial things, which is pretty much the pump modification. I've since learned the angle and what not for cutting the cam plate, however, I'm not sure about adjusting the AFC. And the Star wheel. Which direction on the star wheel and AFC will allow more fuel at low boost. EGT's aren't our biggest concern, as dumb as that sounds. The truck will have gauges installed at the same time and won't be used for towing. Essentially what my friend is looking for is power and smoke.
Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
