There is a saying "You ain't got trouble until you got trouble!". Outside of whether something is too heavy, pin weight too high, tires overloaded, axles overloaded, I submit for your consideration (and I have a real reason for this). Imagine: Traveling interstate with a 37 ft 5er, pass some woods into a cross wind, and an 18 wheeler disturbs your air at the same time. Would you want duals then?

We towed our full high profile 16K 39'4" 5th in high winds in Nevada and extremely high winds on I-8 from Arizona border over the pass to San Diego, with out an issue with a 2015 3500 SRW RAM 4x4 CC SB.

If I am going to tow 37' Tow hauler loaded to to maximum with most of the weight near the back with pin weight at 3500lbs i would have a dually period.

I do not think so. He has two strikes. Over size tires and taller first and second gear. Plus non HO engine.

The 1" of extra rotating mass doesn't help matters but is it noticable? Maybe. Stating because it's a non HO, like 15 extra hp is gonna be the end all o_O
The engine and trans will handle it just fine, the rear coils could be a concern but with bags it should be ok.

Along with bags keep some good shocks on the rear, front too.
