+18MM to +25MM is ideal actually, no issue with the front axle touching, if anything it would be the rear of the front fender but thats wont be an issue here.

My brother's truck has a set of the Method wheels on 35" Toyo's. I'll try one on my truck just to be sure. He has stock control arms and I have Carli extended control arms so I should have more clearance to the back of the fender. Plus I'm running 33" tires. I need the additional room when I'm running chains.

The arms do make a difference, +18mm with 35's on stock arms will touch the rear of the front fender and Caster has a large effect on how much but with the 1/2" longer arms that +18-+25 range is the best balance between rubbing the control arms and rubbing the fenders.
