what's a good trade to learn?

Anyone know what "Heavy Water" is?

We have a flat bed bale hauling trailer built on a 1951 Chevrolet 1 1/2 or 2 ton truck frame and can not find front wheel bearings anywhere for it. They are a timpken roller bearing with barrel shaped rollers. No one can cross the old numbers. Does anyone have a source for parts, maybe a chevrolet truck restoration business. Hate to junk the trailer, its only 52 years old! Thanks.

There is a bearing supply house here in Anchorage and they seem like they can come up with some obscure stuff. What are the numbers? I will get ahold of them and see what I can find out. It would probably take a couple of days tho.

Thanks for the replies, I think I may have found some timken replacements after some internet research. Calling to check on them today. They replaced the original ball bearings and are suppose to fit up to 2 ton trucks. The ones we took out were a change over of a unfamiliar, different brand and that is why no one could cross them. Thanks again.

Matt
