1994 which cam plate

MY friend has a 1994 5 speed which tst cam plate should he use' also what about the injectors which ones. What are the stock injectors please help thanks brian.

E-mail tst and they will recomend which plate you should use. Thats what I did and they were very helpfull and prompt getting back to me. I bought the plate they recomended and am very happy with the results. My trk is a 95 with the auto & 2wd and they recomended the 230hp-605 torqe and said not to waste money on new injectors as mine would work just fine. They also recommend that if I go to a higher hp plate that I should do some trans mods. dHope this helps.

Ski2 have your friend check into updating the pump's cam. Piers at BD can help him along with most Diesel Injection shops. It is a pricy piece but when you see the two next to each other, you will be amazed in the difference.

Cam plates luckily they are a fairly cheap way to get horsepower. Started with # 8 plate and 215 injectors. Liked the power, had lock up TC problems-spent more money- fixed problem. Just put #5 plate in. More power-more TC lock up problems-more money-problem maybe fixed with new TC coming from Bill Kondalay. I do like the new power though. To make a long story short if you got lotsa money you ain't got no problems. #ad
