id like to swap my mirrors out and install the later black trailer towing ones. Can anyone supply me with a good thread for the swap. I dont need heated mirrors. i already have power mirrors but like the look of the black telescoping mirrors on the 02

My chrome mirrors are power now, are these newer mirrors power too? They telescope out but that is manually done correct? Are the plugs the same?
Also, what year do i have to get the mirrors off since im sure they are very expensive from the dealer!
Thanks

Thanks
Erik
And also not the folding trailer tow mirrors if you're looking at P/N's 55076478AC & 55076479AC - these numbers are just the regular black mirrors seen model years 2000?-2002 in a non-powered version.EBottema said:I looked at tenefly dodge and it looks around 150 for the setup, not bad...

I asked about switching the power servo motor into the towing mirrors and no-one would even talk to me about it.The mirrors Vibrate without the steel backing plate that comes in the kits. Thats something else, $150 sounds a little fishy. Everyone else is scoring them from between $200-$250 dealer cost, and you can't actually get them aftermarktet $150 would be sweet though. My only question now is whether to leave the mirrors turned up or turned down.
