The weather forcast is great! High 60's and sunny. There is not a lot of reaction to this thread, so I hope you all are planning to show up but not tell anyone so you get more of the $$$! :-laf

Our season kick off was a great success. We had great weather and a nice turn out. Thanks to Superchips for their sponsorship! The racing was fun. Five people who lost in the first round bought their way back into the race, and two of those five ended up in second and third place. Not a bad investment! Congratulations to JJ Bursky who did not loose a round all day and pocketed a cool $500. Darren Counts put up a . 007 reaction time that will be hard to beat and took home the Edge “Closest to the Edge” prize money. Bruce Block traveled from Michigan and put down the fastest elapsed time of 12. 207 and took home the FASS “Fastest E/T” money. Red light fever was infecting more than one driver  , but it was the first race of the year. Hopefully they will find the cure. Thank you to everyone who attended!
