54 soon to be 55. Best part of the day is when I fire my truck, sometimes I just sit in the cab and listen to it run. Long live the first generation trucks... ... ... ... ... ...
Shucks, I like my 93 so much that iI would keep it even if I won the lottery(not much chance do not buy tickets it's a tax I do not have to pay) 78 Lasat July
16 with 27 years of experience here. ..... Currently in a '93 W250 LE 4x4 auto, stock except for the K&N. No problems, no worries and I'll be keeping it until it falls apart around me (and that includes if I win the lottery as well... . ). Wife says I need a new one. :-{}
The Dodge dealer is a friend. Heck, maybe I do need another one... . Thinkin'..... 2 CTD's and 2 HD's!

BTW, Dad is 73. 5 and loves his CTD--he's not into computers, though.
I'm 31 and I'm not too thrilled about the looks of the 2nd gen and up trucks. I like my trucks to look and ride like trucks. I like selectable hubs and part-time gear driven transfer cases. In short, I like real trucks. My last was a 71 W200 with a 440 , an NP435 and a 205 case. You cant beat simple mechanical devices. I love my 1st gen.
I am 45, just bought my first diesel, 1992 D350 club cab 5-speed w/4. 10's for hauling my show car enclosed trailer. Just registered today! I drove a 2002 24 valve 6-speed that they were looking to get $17. 9K out of, but after driving the 92, I thought it was much better suited to do what I want it for, and it was only $5K with 82K original miles! Now starts the rattling fun!!!
I just turned 36 just this month. I've had mine since '97-I've known it since new. I had an '81 before this and really don't mind driving a 1st gen truck. I just wish it had a third pedal and a back seat. I always wonder how it would be to step over (not up) to a late 2nd gen, but finances prohibit.
