Competition 1st time sled pull went well

I went to my first sled pull last night and did pretty good. There were 2 Durapukes and the rest were Furds and Dodges. Iended up in seventh place with 204 feet. A Duramax won with 225 feet unfortunately, but hey now that i have a clue what i am doing next time I will SMOKE him. I used 1st gear high range and that worked well but i didnt get off the line fast enough. Oh well there is always a next time.

Good job I also have an 01 eth and I pull in 4th gear low, more ground speed.

nice choice 4 low, but have the juice and the clutch to back it up or go 3 low, either way your clutch will not like you

I wanted to use 2nd high or 4th low but i watched a fellow Dodge owner roast his clutch into a cloud of smoke so i figured i better be careful. When i get a good clutch i can see i will do this alot more often.
