I put in my 2 low switch a while back but I have a LSD up front that the PO put in. It does not feel like 2 wheel drive when I have it in 2 low. Does this make sense? Is my front left wheel being driven with a LSD while in an open diff it would not? It is still a lot better than just using 4low, but I just don't want to tear anything up. Am I OK to use 2 low without ruining my front end? Thanks,

Jamie

tear it up fer sure.

Yes you are driving the left front wheel.

I'd guess that will tear it up too if you turn the front tires.

front tires travel forward and back when turning.

you can check for binding by removing the front drive shaft and testing it

2 low .

I'll bet you are getting harmfull binding with a LSD up front.

OK thanks for the reply. I kinda figured that was happening. Now I need to figure out whether to keep the LSD or replace it for an open front end.
