Thinking about buying a new diesel for my wife. We have had a 92 Dakota 153k since it was new going on 12 years was mine, she is now driving it and it's getting kind of worn out. I've shopped around and you can buy a diesel for what you can get a Toyota Tundra for soooo why not. The new ones are quiter(her preference) and I heard the auto is a little stronger. I would get the shortest WBase I could buy as she drives into Vegas daily. Whatta ya think????? Is this great rationalizing or what????

Sounds like you have got it worked out. This would ba an excellent vehicle for your wife to drive into Las Vegas. It's an impressive and nice looking vehicle, big enough to be safe, is fuel efficient, will probably last longer than the two previously mentioned vehicles and if you are nice you may get to drive it some on the weekends. bg
