I agree on upgrading the fuel filtration ASAP, I would also change out that last injector as whatever tookout the other 5 probably did some damage to #6 as well.

Not sure what method the diesel shop used to test the injectors, because it was not given to us. For a shop to replace 5 out of 6 is just asinine, and once again the main issue was not resolved. The rail relief valve along with many other components should have been thoroughly checked out before injector replacement, hate to be pessimistic, but I'll go out on a limb here, your troubles are not over yet.

The debris may have come from one or numerous entities, fuel, filter, CP3 itself or one of it's components could be disintegrating, spewing crud into your high pressure system. Again, the injector replacement (first) crowd, gets your $, Lcjudge, Thanks for giving us this update, it really is helpful in the long run, and I hope for your sake I am wrong in my analysis... I had the same problem with my 03 and it turned out to be the crank sensor.It never showed any code./
