Competition SF bay area sled pulls

Heck of a year with the rain, and work. But managed to have an exceptional pulling season.

My plan worked-leave the HP alone, work on the suspension.

With the exception of trying a few different injectors and another pump, engine parts were left alone.

Had lots of Full Pulls, truck lived for the most part, won TiM, 6th in Jesup. Which means, the Big Hammers got their trucks dialed in to match the power.

I did learn I need more turbo to run Buddha's stuff! Good grief.

I think when I build my next one, it will be built around his fuel system.

Extra special thanks goes to R&S Performance of Townville, Pa.

Even though I pounded them the whole season, it never stopped them from helping out. (or were they spying?)

Eric from Hargus Creek-he built the strongest, most adjustble, stock appearing "Reese type" hitch on the circuit!;)

Hilljack Engineering-from dozer parts to aux fuel systems, to answering stupid questions, he is the man.

Dad- for hauling me, while I slept!!LOL

Medberry Specialty-kept that old paint looking good at the local pulls.

Greensburgh Machine-driveshafts, Detroit Locker

EEP, Still running their bottom end, head valvetrain, cam, clutch, intercooler. And they fixed my 5 speed after I crunched it.

Two seasons on that engine, how long can it go? Oil samples look good.

Overeasy-for hauling me to GA two years in a row. (And to Greensburgh next week?)

Black Dog, for switching to a Rockwell, and having spare axles in Jesup!

Thank you sleddy, for showing the rest of us how to get the power to the ground. Should make for an interesting year next year:D

I made just half the amount of hook's this year as last year fifteen in all and enjoyed every one of them. Have made a total of forty three hook's and no carnage yet. Maybe that is some kind of record. I seem to tear up my truck more off the track. Looking forward to next season. Oo.

Holy cow !!

I forgot Piers!!!

Maybe becuase Jason took forever and a day to get me my parts, and I finally had to steal them off the neighbor and then had to fix them, Jason a belt sander is not a machine tool and only got two pulls and I lost, first loss of the year I guess I need more testing before I thank him too much and I want to see the bill also before too many thanks go out we will see what is shakin in the next few weeks, I will have a detailed report/comparison of Piers twins vs EEPs. ;)

Gene

"forever in a day" Maybe you should actually try ordering the parts instead of discussing them in passing and expect them to show up:rolleyes:

Steeling the parts off a neighbor I highly doubt that was even a stretch

As far as the first loss of the year dig a little deeper in the box I think we threw in a driver tuning manual ;)

and last but definitely not least the bill just keep a little amsoil around for when it gets there:eek:

Gene Ol buddy. .

Congratulations on a fine year... .

Its nice to see that the drive-line parts were at minimal breakage, except Jessup, and it is coming together. I only have to wonder if your passion for whipping "Dumper Boy" caused the Locker & axle failures;) ;) ;) . Keep up the good work... ... . Andy
