I was wondering what brand of tires comes on a Larime 4x4. I know that dodge offers a standard tire and an upgrade so if anyone knows what they are please fill me in. . :D

Thanks in advance,

Joe

Just got mine, came with 265 75 17 Michilins. I have a picture but still havent figured out how to shrink it enough to post. I can email it if you want.

The upgrade tire is a BFG Rugged Trail in a 265/75-17. BFG's are good tires, but that one is cosmetically nothing special. Might as well not pay extra, and go get what you can find when you get it.

FYI, I ran a set of BFG ATko's in 315's for a week, but for one thing, they came blackwall only which I don't care for, and were just too "big looking" for my taste. They did fit, however with no rubbing on stock steel rims (waiting for those too). I traded back out of them for a set of Pro/Comp 33x12. 50's. These are just nearly the same height as stock, but considerably wider. This is the best I can get by with until the badly backordered BFG 285's are available.

Irfanview is a really great program for editing digital pictures, and the price is right. You can crop, resize, change colors, special effects, and all kinds of other neat stuff. The program is also very compact, and is very fast.

Alrighty RamThatStroker the picture should be making you curse me when you download on your next send/recieve. Just kidding, I did manage to get it down to a fairly small size so shouldnt be too awful. Frmrdug I have been shopping for tires also and the 315s were a little much for my taste as well. I was suprised when I rolled a 33X12. 5 up to my truck how close it is to the stock tire. It was only marginally larger both in height and width. I had 285s on my last truck and thought those were just right but im thinking now perhaps a 295 might be better for the new one. This is the first I heard of BFG having the 285s available to order, do you know if they are going to put out a 295? BTW did you get a pic with the 315s mounted? Would be interested in seeing what they looked like on the truck.
