Transmission line temp probe

Not charging, no code

I feel really dim since I cannot location the dipstick. Have yet to use a flashlight which may help. And, since it is a 2004, the owner's manual has been misplaced so that is no help. Tried Google search for dipstick location and got a bunch of no-help responses. In the past I have always had a service guy do the oil change so I have no knowledge for that reason. Due to Covid-19 have not been driving the rig much so now want to do a check on the oil level. Can anyone give me a clue?

On top of the air horn, just to the right of the valve cover. Little black t-handle with OIL written in yellow on it. Scott beat me to it...;):)

Yeah, found it. Duh. Was looking in all the wrong places. A lesson in searching is not to pre-assume you know where something is and end up with a closed mind. I always in the past had the dipstick on the side of the engines so ignored looking anywhere else. Lesson learned. Thanks for your responses.

That black plastic handle thingy? It’s not a dipstick it’s the optional use pull starter handle. Goes right down to the ring gear inertia drive starter. Wind it up and let it fly.

Com’n folks it’s on the web gotta be!

And now back to our intelligent programming. And aren’t ya glad it’s not yellow.

GASP!!!! My 2020 is yellow...with black letters no less...what is going to happen?? Are we doomed? :( Is the yellow t-handle an indicator that I am required to use only Butter Flavored Crisco for lube?

Well you probably placed you hand on while looking at the side of the motor, therefore you never noticed it.

Butter flavored Crisco? Depends on ambient temp. Warmer climates bacon grease is in the manuals.

But thanksgiving is next week, fry the turkey where you gonna put the old fry oil?

It's gonna smell like a buttered turkey dinner wherever I go for the next week or two for sure.
