Little background. Recently discovered fan clutch wires cut. Re-routed new wires. Deleted junky little factory bracket used to hold wires straight. AC back to normal. Immediately quit again. #17 fuse (fan clutch) blown. Replaced it. AC working great. Then suddenly back to only blowing cold at higher rpm and even then not very cold. Fuse 17 still good. Compressor is running. New fan clutch wires seem to be okay. Any ideas?

With all those other problems have you had time to have the low side/high side running pressure checked??
No. Latest problem just happened yesterday. I don’t have pro gauges. No codes this time.
I was wondering. If it was the fan clutch, wouldn’t it have a fan speed code that would kick AC out? But then the compressor would not be running right? Haven’t charged with 134a in a long time so it shouldn’t be over charged? Tried to charge it this time but would not take it.
