Hello everyone.
I am having issues with my truck and need some help. Truck died in traffic 40mph to someone shutting the key off. Code p0483 for the fan hub and p2509 for the ECM. Everything tested out to be simular to the new hub but on word that it is a common fail component I replaced it with still no start however the code for the hub is gone just the ECM code left. So I back probe and test plugs and wires all around the truck and have found nothing all, fuses and relays seam to be working fine. I decided to verify low side pressure and I have 10-11psi and plenty of flow same with new filter as old. Tried unpluging FCA and also cleaning it no differance. Cascade overflow Valve also seamed clean. I have discovered that I am getting fuel into the CP3 and slight flow coming out the return port from the rail at the pump. however I have no fuel out the high side of the pump no matter what state the FCA is in while cranking. Not to say Im loosing my mind but feeling stressed before i install another unnessary component.
Please any info.

Thanks
Sam

That is plenty of pressure. You need to see the rail pressure. Remember that you will not have a large volume of fuel out of the pump to the rail.

Whats the state of charge in the Battery? terminals clean? start with the simple things first. Bet its the pump.

On the third generations the fan wires can be messed up causing problems (other than fan problems).
I would check out the connectors on ecm/pins. Their should be a wire gong to the fca (which regulates the amount of high pressure fuel goes into the rail (the fca should get it instructions from the ecm).

p2059= power supply to ECM intermittent. Usual cause, to high of charge/voltage or to low of charge/voltage.

Is 12.4 volts with batteries tied together or one at a time (positive cable off on both batteries) I think you need see over 12.5 on both batteries checked separately.

I had a similar problem on my 03 2500. I had a fuel rail leak and my fuel pump was original at 215K miles replaced both and truck runs like new for 2000 miles now .I however never got a code.
I had the Dealership fix it#@$%!
