2006 2500 Megacab 4x4

I've found the above listed truck with just over 70,000 miles on it. It looks rather clean and stock.



They're asking about $30,500. I think this is a bit over priced. Thoughts?

I checked NADA. They are asking top book price. If the truck is at a dealer I would say they have between $23-24k invested. In some areas trucks bring near top book in others no.

I would say yes a little overpriced but then again it's a dealer. That alot of miles to asking top book pricing. I think 25-27K would be a good deal. But then again I haven't seen the truck. The best advice I'd could share would be to take it to your local Diesel performance shop and ask them to take a quick look. Ask what they think. Try to remember that the dealer probably wants to sell you the truck more than you really want to buy it. Good luck!

In 2007, I paid $26000 for my 2500 4x4 QC G56 with only 15k miles, no accidents, clean, stock.

Just found out it is an employee selling it at the dealership he works at. He said he could sell it through the dealer if need be.

Guess I will just wait for others to pop up.
