Heat exchanger failed

So I opened up the box and all it says is Part # 68048953AC "5 year coolant" MS 9769. I don't know if that HOAT or OAT. Currently I am running HOAT. I, because of health issues with my back, I was just going to do a thorough drain and refill, not a flush and removal of the radiator. So did I get the right coolant?

That’s the correct stuff.

If you’re just planning a drain and fill then you need to measure what drains out and add 50% of that back with coolant. Top off with distilled water.

You don’t need to remove the radiator to do a flush thou. When I did mine I drained it, filled it with distilled water and drove it until it got to operating temp plus a couple easy miles. I did that a couple times, drained it and added 3 5/8 gallons of concrete and topped it off with distilled water. I then made a 50:50 mix with the remaining concentrate for future top-offs.

I hope you meant concentrate not concrete!

The 68163848AB I just bought shows MS90032. That is correct for my Jeep and Caravan, and the Mopar supplier to Amazon says it is also for 2013-up Rams.

lol, yep! Dang auto correct.

13+ issues a different coolant than what the OP was asking for with his 07.
