I have been fighting a hard to start problem for over a year. The dodge dealer recommended i replace the injectors. I did that then had to replace the CP3 to fix the problem. Now it has a rough idle and my fuel mileage has reduce about 3 to 4 MPG. What should i be looking for to correct the issue?

I would have started with the fuel control actuator. When the FCA malfunctions, it causes the symptoms you're having. It's also a lot cheaper and easier to replace than injectors.

Bosch OEM new stock injectors. BTW truck has 133,500 miles on it. I also installed a 2 micron fleet guard filter as well.

WHERE did you get the injectors? Reason being there were\are a lot injectors misrepresented about what they really are.

Fuel mileage at 3-4 mpg is too much fuel which almost always points to injectors, there really is no way to have that happen without the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree with MIL. Have you also checked for codes? You will need a code reader capable of reading CAN and Dodge codes.
