2011 ram 3500 dash evic screen staying on

I have a 2011 ram 3500 and the evic screen stays on after I turn the truck off. I have to restart the truck and turn it off to fix the problem. Has anyone else had this happen? I think my problem might be in the wcm for the key fob. This is the only issue I have with it.

Have the same problem on occasions with dead batteries if I did not catch it. Found turning truck off before opening door seems to keep it from happening. Have not had the problem for over a year now. But I always check that it goes off by habit...
