Did you look through the screen shots in post #7?

Yes I am able to connect and start the process but it will not finish. It will get stuck and say running test. Tried with old actuator and new and same thing. Gonna try an autel scan tool tomorrow.

Please let us know how it goes. Did you have any other codes? Could you cycle the turbo easily by hand?

Turbo cycles easily. Got different scanner tool and it says negative response. Still wont complete the pre calibration

Just to be sure... You are trying to do this first calibration with the Actuator plugged into the truck's harness but NOT installed on the turbo?

That is correct. I was able to get it done today but it took forever to make it work. I am not 100% sure what the issue was. I disconnected both batteries a few different times tried the old actuator and new and finally it worked. Got both done refilled fluid and all is well.
