Truck Quit Running

I am at a loss…. I went to take my truck to church this morning and when I went to turn (5-10 MPH) it felt like my lug nuts weren’t tightened all the way (like the rim was wobbling on the studs) and the steering wheel was trying to herky jerky back to center….. I looked under the truck and none of the joint looked or felt loose I also checked lug nuts and didn’t find any loose….

Any ideas?

I won’t drive it until it’s fixed.

Sounds like a classic case of front axle u-joints.

Get both front wheels off the ground, turn lock to lock left, rotate / spin both front tires.

Turn lock to lock right, rotate / spin both tires.

Thank you I’ll look at them and update accordingly.

I was able to Jack it up today and teak a peek.

I noticed that when I turn the tire (when it’s full tilt one way) it’ll force the tire a little straight and then fall back into full turn.

Does that sound like the U-Joints?
