2014-2016 Laramie 18" wheel finish

Replacing the original 20" rims with a set of used 18" Laramie rims I bought. There are some minor scratches I want to buff out.

Does anybody know if these rims have a clear coat or are just polished aluminum?

They have a clear coat on them. I've got them on my truck when I opened up the centers for my spyntec free wheel hubs I found out about the clear coat....
