You guys do know the convex mirrors are adjustable right?
I hated the 4th gen design at first, until I realized I could adjust the convex portion. All is better now.
Yes. I have mine pushed out as far as possible.

I answered your stupid question with a stupid question. Just like you just answered my stupid question with an even dumber remark.I have, with mirrors folded in. I have a rear view and tailgate camera.
Nice not answering a simple question.
I understand that but don't you drive straight in and back straight out?
That rearview and tailgate camera really helps with side view backing out of a garage doesn't it?I have, with mirrors folded in. I have a rear view and tailgate camera.

I understand all the equations to lifes little anomalies but get a life, this forum has more old lady bickering about something to bicker about than woodchucks chucking wood.
Just trying to make sense of the nonsense.
No, just get tired of your stupid questions.Aw there we have it. Name calling instead of a civil discussion.

Yes we should all do as Cummins12V98 and SnoKing say.go to the start of this. You had a attitude about the subject. SnoKing tried to explain.
I agree that leaving it stock is best with these new trucks. And I keep the mirrors up out of convenience, or laziness, since I primarily only drive the truck when I'm towing the 5th wheel and don't want to have to re-adjust the main mirrors every time I change the position, that and I would rather hit a mirror on a narrow passage than a rear fender.2018 Goat 3500, Tradesman, Crew Cab, Long bed, DRW, Aisin trans, 4.10 limited slip, Max Tow, 5th Wheel prep, Granite Crystal and still Stock.
With these new trucks leaving them stock is what most people now do! And with a duallie, running antlers up all the time makes good sense.
The fenders clear if the mirrors are up or down, unless you come in sideways. HahahahahaOK then. Let's see if I can get this thread back on track.

Don't really care how anyone leaves their mirrors, it's what works is the only thing that matters.

Go talk to auto body shops about people who thought they were driving straight in and backing straight out of a garage.
One more, NO I don't drive straight in and straight out. My drive way has a slight V shape coming in off the street due to trees and then steps coming off my deck beside the garage. Yes I could use the other stall but I'm thinking about writing a book some day about all the little nit pick things in life.
