2021 2500 HD Winch Mount?

I have an AEV bumper still sitting in the boxes waiting to be installed. Issue is that Warn is wayyyyy behind on building and shipping winches. I called Warn last week to inquire when they'd be shipping 16.5ti-s and they said January 2022!!

From what I was told by my installer, most of the Warn factory staff have yet to/just returned to the factory due to Covid.....

That looks like it will block a lot of flow over the lower radiator/intercooler, but maybe the photos are deceiving.

Just pulled a 20' bumper pull with a 12k lb excavator, 2hrs one way, 3/4 on highway, the rest in town......no overheating issues at all.

Also its currently 96° here in Louisiana.....

A few months ago a called and was able to talk to a gentleman that was pretty candid about certain things. He said workers aren't coming back to work due to money they're receiving from the government and they can't find new workers for the same reason.
