Hi guys, Need your expert advice. We swapped a 160 motor for a 95 215 recon <rejunk> motor into a 1st gen truck. <92> I'm really trying to avoid BOMBing this motor as it will void the 100,000 mile warranty. But this motor Will not make any power at all. Last trip was to upstate Ohio. Even on minor hills with only 25,000 GVW I was down into 3rd gear. Pyro is normal water temp is fine and 24lbs of boost. Any ideas on how to get some balls in this motor. Cummins just replaced the lift pump & Inj. pump as it has an internal gov problems. Took them a while to get it timed last time out. I'm guessing they are setting it at 12. 5 degrees <stock>?? It is going back to Cummins in the morning to be looked at again. If I can get them to let me upgrade to a different plate 230hp w/o voiding the warranty do you think it would help the power output. It was Dyno'd at an avg of 169hp to the rear wheels 3500 miles ago. Total miles is less than 7,000 since install. thanks in advance, Mike
