the code is 216 I think you are refering to and I have no codes showing up. I am checking them with old hypertech programer I used to run. I can't just throw out edge juice w/ attitude cost was 970. 00 when I bought it. crazy! I like being able to change levels when ever and besides that the numbers on chart went up with each level I tried so that is working I think.

just messin around take no offence to what I say, all sugestions are welcome and apprieciated . not enough fuel? so you really think I need VP44? I have no signs of failing no miss at idle or under load/ never any problem starting. I just want to make good choice lots of money going out on this.

was going to order super B special turbo and ARP head studs tune of 2000. 00 but now maybe I need to wait and get VP44 pump tune of 1100. 00 then latter do turbo and studs totaling 3100. 00 well I gots to work more.

I didn't take offence to it trust me i hear it all the time

its up to you, you can get the turbo now and then save up to get the injection pump, the truck I stated before had the stock pump on there and when we put the other pump on it woke it right up and there were no codes or symptoms of a bad pump either. just telling you from experience

thanks for your help here, really gave me different perspective of all this. what ever I do will still be cheaper then buying new truck. I tow 85% of the time and need the extra power

I have returned home to recheck pump tap, removed end cover on juice after installing new wire tap connector lights are scrolling so it is detecting pump but should have looked prior to retap... more problems came up Truck would not turn off!! called edge turned off turbo cool down timer still no shut off! tried tap axcel no good still running? pulled fuse tap in cab truck shut off? but reconect fuse tap with keys out gages all come on dash? Edge stated ship to them to update it... said could be my numbers problem there. we will see I guess

Lets see from stock to hot stage I only gained 91hp... . that chart I got from dyno I sent copy to edge to look at... coss some thing is not right for sure. damn I wish I had done dyno long ago.

stage 0 199hp 410tq

stage 2 250hp 512tq

stage 3 265hp 550tq

stage 4 276hp 568tq

stage 5 263hp 544tq

stage 6 290hp 547tq

some reason I was so disapointed I did not do stage 1...

Check your throttle pedal. Reach down and lift the pedal with your hand and see how far it comea up. If it is more that a 1/2 inch or so, you may not be getting fuel throttle. Many have put a split lead shot on the cable to take up the slack. My dyno numbers were a little low and a year or so later, I found that I was not getting full throttle. Could really tell the difference with seat-0-meter. Have not been back on a dyno, but I know it will be higher.

SNOKING

Those are some erratic numbers you have there. Having a decrease in Tq with an increase in HP when stepping through the levels doesn't make sense at all (unless the box is totally jacked, as it sounds like it could be). I wouldn't rule out a problem with the dyno or the dyno process as well. Do you know if the dyno was a Mustang or a Dynojet?

Not sure what kind dyno machine was / Had Dynocom.net writen on it was in floor type. ??? 3000 HP In House Chassis Dyno.

any more ideas Guys? how about cover stated numbers Joe Mc?

Mine has 215 on it. I was told that was flywheel HP and to figure about a 25 - 30% loss for an auto / 15 - 20% loss for a stick to the rear wheels.

So, my 215 was roughly 185 to the wheels. + 80 hp sticks and Edge Comp should = 380 - 390 HP. With that set up I ran a 387 H / 720 T number. So I felt it was a pretty accurate calculation (nameplate - % of loss).

Most recently with the add of 200 hp sticks, a 64/14 HTT and maintaining the Edge Comp my best HP/TQ are noted in sig below. My Trans guy told me with the turbo and Mach 5s I'd be right at 500 hp. Needless to say after my dyno run I was Oo.
