I must have missed the post where someone promised 2nd gen updates

I believe this thread is a mere wishlist, no promises implied.

After playing with Smarty its a great box, but I've compromised back to stock software for the mellow idle and mild throttle settings. The compromise here is you lose the ABS/speedometer correction with stock software. Probably also boost fooling if i remember correctly.
WELL, again, the Smarty in it's current costs lotsa $$$ to continue changing and adding new refined programming - undoubtedly much like starting all over again in some cases - then there is the required and lengthy road testing all over again to "prove" the enhanced programming.
AND, while that costly effort on Marco's part would undoubtedly generate a few happier users, it would provide precious LITTLE added $$$ to his bottom line! About the only potential upside to potential Smarty customers, is that IF Marco chooses to "go the second mile" for us 2nd generation customers - he will likely do the same for customers buying his later products.

The kicker is, this is the premise used to market the product. The availability to refine and make better something at will. I am not looking for a program for me, but for anyone that has the same issues. In my mind, it needs to benefit the many users as well as the few.
