2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 2nd Gen Frame

I have never really ask any questions on here before, just curious if maybe someone here has the answer to what I am looking for. Is there a difference in 2nd generation 2500 and 3500 frames? If so can someone please let me know what it is. I am currently thinking about a rebuild project and just wanted to know about the frame difference if there are any. Thanks guys in advanced for your insight, I know from looking at the blogs over the years that I will get quite a number of answers.

As far as I know the only frames that are different are cab & chassis. Judging by some of the swap threads I have read, even the 1500 frame is the same, just different bolt on suspension parts.

I know the 1500 is different -- it has a C channel and the boxed frame is taller on the 2500/3500. The rear leaf springs are wider on the 2500/3500 which means the spring perches are different too. It's the same body on both so all the body mounting points are the same.
