I was thinking of adding 3" spacers to the front of my 03 3500. Trying to level the truck. Is there any con's to this or any other mods that has to be done at the same time. Thanks For All Help.

I would get a longer/adjustable track bar and sway bar end links to help correct steering geometry. The end links are more because the stock ones will bend with a 3" lift, may not big a big deal if it never leaves pavement but definitely a track bar. Probably gonna need longer shocks as well. Depending on how much you want to spend and what you want the end results to be may want to look into a Carli or Thuren starter kit with new coils and shocks, will include everything you need and the ride will be greatly improved

Like AEdelheit said you should run longer control arms, swaybar links, and an adjustable trac bar with a 3" level. Stock shots might work, mine were okay with a 2" level.

3" will put you at or above level, so if you haul/tow you will have a rear end low stance without airbags with little weight.

Your ride will also suffer quite a bit. I took my 2" level out for a 1" level and couldn't beleive how much smoother my ride was.
