3500 2WD Polyurethane Suspension Parts

Does anyone know of a source?
If I can find a supplier, how many might be interested in upper and lower A-arm bushings?

By the way, the only parts I could find are front sway bar bushings. Both suppliers said that the 3500 shows both a 32 mm and a 30 mm bar. I have the 30 mm. What trucks / option list gets you the larger 32 mm front sway bar?
